  1. Preparing for an Individual Session

Before your individual session, take a little extra time to relax and prepare. You’ll want to be as calm and centered as possible to fully receive the messages meant for you.

If you are experiencing "busy brain" (those racing thoughts about errands, to-do lists, or worries), take a few minutes to sit quietly, breathe deeply, and clear your mind. It’s also helpful to have paper and a pen nearby in case you want to jot down notes without interrupting the flow of your experience.

Think about what you hope to gain from your session. When I ask, "What does your heart need?" reflect on whether you are seeking guidance, reassurance, or connection with a specific loved one or animal companion.

No two sessions are alike because no two people or relationships are the same. Your experience will be unique to you, and every message will be delivered with Love, Light, and for your Highest and Greatest Good.

  1. Preparing Your Tech for a Virtual Session

Virtual events make it easy to connect from anywhere! These sessions take place through Zoom, a free app you can download onto your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Zoom creates a virtual room where everyone can see and hear each other, just like sitting together in person. It's a beautiful way to experience the energy of a group reading while staying in the comfort of your own home.

Here's how to prepare:

  • Ensure you have a working smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone.

  • Use the correct email address when purchasing your ticket to receive your Zoom invitation.

  • About 24–48 hours before the event, you'll receive an email with a Zoom link from Jennifer LaRue.

  • A few minutes before the event begins, simply click the link to join!

  • Download and test Zoom ahead of time to make sure your camera and microphone are working.

Virtual events are convenient, powerful, and just as heartfelt as being there in person. I can't wait to connect with you!

  1. Preparing for Your Environment for a Virtual Session

Creating a distraction-free space helps you make the most of your session. Here's what to do:

  • Find a quiet, private space where you can be alone.

  • Silence your phone and turn off unnecessary electronics.

  • Sit somewhere comfortable where you are fully visible on camera, as if we were sitting across a table from one another.

Mediumship sessions are sacred exchanges between you, me, and your loved ones in Spirit. Giving them your full attention honors their efforts to connect and allows us to make the most of our time together.

  1. Preparing for a Group Event

To get the most out of your group event, allow yourself some extra time beforehand to settle in. Group events are high-energy, often fast-paced, and filled with love and emotion. You’ll want to feel relaxed, calm, and present to fully experience any messages that come through.

As an evidential medium, I receive information from loved ones in many ways. If you’re experiencing "busy brain" — when your mind races with to-do lists, worries, or distractions — it may make it harder to recognize and receive the messages meant for you. Taking a few quiet minutes to focus on your breathing and clear your mind will help you center your attention and open your heart.

Every group event is different, but the messages you receive are always for your Highest and Greatest Good, delivered with Love, Light, and the Highest Vibrations. By preparing yourself, you’ll create the best possible experience to connect with your loved ones.

(If you are having a virtual event please refer to sections 2 and 3 as well.)

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: What is "busy brain" and why does it matter? A: "Busy brain" happens when your mind is cluttered with thoughts about everyday life, making it harder to stay present. A calm, centered mind helps you clearly recognize and receive messages from Spirit.

Q: What if I’ve never used Zoom before? A: No worries! Zoom is free and easy to use. Download it ahead of time, test your camera and microphone, and join the meeting by clicking the link in your email.

Q: Do I need to have my camera on? A: Yes, for the best connection and communication, I need to be able to see and hear you, just as if we were sitting together in person.

Q: Can I take notes during the session? A: Absolutely! Having a notebook and pen nearby is a great idea, especially if you’re worried about forgetting something important.

Q: What if my environment isn’t completely quiet? A: Do your best to create a quiet, private space. If unexpected noises happen, don’t stress — just stay focused on the messages and the beautiful connection we’re building.

I am truly looking forward to sharing this special time with you, whether in a group setting or one-on-one. Thank you for taking these steps to prepare and honor the connection we are about to create!

Love,

Jennifer
